When to ask
The end-of-year party is the most common request, and December usually fills up months ahead. The sooner our team receives the guest count and date, the more boat and time options are available. Asking for a quote does not hold the date and charges nothing.
Frequently asked questions
Do you issue an invoice and a contract?
Yes. We issue an invoice (NF-e) to your company and formalize the event in a contract, with all terms in writing. Tell us in your request if you need an invoice.
How many guests fit?
It depends on the boat, from 8 to 50 people across the fleet (see the ranges above). Capacity includes everyone on board, including a DJ, bartender, photographer or any other hired staff. See the policy (capacity).
How much does it cost?
The price is per boat and depends on the boat and the date: a 5-hour trip, with fuel and captain included. Send your guest count and date and our team replies with a quote. New Year's Eve (Dec 31 – Jan 1) has its own price, quoted by our team.
Can we use more than one boat for the same event?
Yes. We coordinate more than one boat for the same event. Tell us the total number of guests and the date and our team puts the combination together.
How does payment work for a company?
The booking is confirmed with the 50% deposit (or the full amount), paid by card only, in one payment, through a secure Stripe link. The balance is paid on the day, always to Jet Life. The date is only held after payment: if payment goes through your finance team, tell our team in your request. See the step by step.
Is there food and drink on board?
There is on-board catering, quoted separately according to the guest count; our team sends the options. You can also bring your own food and drinks: there is no corkage fee or minimum spend, and coolers with ice are already included in the price.
